Larry B. Rivers

Mr. Rivers is a native of Detroit, Michigan and graduate from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor campus. At U of M he obtained a bachelors degree with an emphasis in Business and Communications. Since the early 1980’s, Mr. Rivers worked in the area of property management, for Rivers Investment and Management group, a family business. After almost 30 years of experience he opened his own brokerage firm entitled Team LBR, LLC. Team LBR was incorporated in June of 2010.
Mr. Rivers has extensive experience in multifamily housing. He has managed capital improvement programs in excess of 6 Million dollars through the Department of Housing and Urban Development Flexible Subsidy Program. For the past 15 years he has developed a “niche” for single family property management and become an integral part of the City of Detroit’s revitalization. Team LBR has clients in France, United Kingdom, Nigeria and China to name a few.
